JANUARY 2020

For January 2020 Prevent ESA Fraud has initiated complaints against mental health professionals whom are not following standards of care in the issuance of Emotional Support Animals in the following states: California, Colorado, Illinois, Ohio, and Texas.     • Prevent ESA Fraud has initiated complaints against multiple Mental Health Professionals that it reasonably believes are in violation of their respective standards of care for issuing Emotional Support Animals. Please keep in mind that all mental health professionals are presumed to be in compliance until investigated and a determination made by their respective licensing boards.
